April’s Goals and Inspiration 

This is has been a hard update to post because as much as I have been trying to reach goals the last 2 weeks I have not been eating healthy. I gained 5 of 7 lbs I had lost back. I think a lot of it comes from the loss of my previous job. I have come to see that I tie emotions and control to what I eat. This weekend I am going to my hometown to celebrate Easter and my nephew’s christening. I will be eating fattening homestyle cooking so I am  not going to be hard on myself if I eat badly. I am going to try to keep myself from bingeing and make smart choices. On Monday, I will be starting fresh. I am going to push myself to make healthy decisions and start working out. One thing that has really been motivating for me is seeing others on this journey of weight loss also. The beautiful thing about social media is you can find people that inspire you and make you want to reach your goals! There is only 18 days left in April, but I want to make the most of them!
